Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year (Fixed) + Unlimited Monthly Incentives + Yearly Bonus

Role Overview

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding aspiring learners toward the right educational and career opportunities. You will connect with potential students, understand their goals, and help them choose programs that align with their career aspirations.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a successful career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective learners through calls and virtual interactions
- Understand students’ educational background and career objectives
- Counsel and recommend suitable upskilling programs based on individual needs




- Build trust and maintain strong learner relationships
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Work closely with the team to improve counseling and conversion strategies

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for:

- Fresh graduates eager to start a career in EdTech, counseling, or sales
- Professionals with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, counseling, customer engagement, or EdTech
- Strong communicators with fluency in English and Hindi
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven individuals
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Prior experience in EdTech or sales is a plus, but not mandatory
- Freshers are welcome — complete training and mentorship will be provided
