- Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately using the billing software.
- Register and process tyre warranty claims as per company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Handle daily cash transactions, maintain cash records, and assist in daily cash closing.
- Attend to customers, answer basic queries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer records and update sales data accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, warranty documents, and other records.
- Assist with stock-related data entry whenever required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all business data.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
