The Dispatch Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day dispatch operations by assisting in packing, labeling, documentation, and timely dispatch of finished goods. The role ensures that products are dispatched accurately, safely, and in compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in packing and labeling finished products as per dispatch requirements.
- Verify dispatched items against delivery challans, invoices, and packing lists.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch to customers, distributors, and transporters.
- Coordinate with the Stores, Production, and Quality departments to ensure timely dispatch.
- Load and unload materials safely and handle products with care.
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of dispatched products.
- Report any damaged or missing items to the Dispatch Executive or Store In-Charge.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 1 + year of experience in dispatch, stores, warehouse, or manufacturing.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of dispatch and warehouse operations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and meet dispatch timelines.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
