We are looking for a passionate and creative Cinematographer cum Video Editor who can independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content for brands across various industries. The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in camera operations, lighting, audio, and post-production, while staying updated with current social media and digital content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production

- Understand creative briefs and campaign objectives.
- Participate in concept discussions and shot planning.
- Prepare shot lists and coordinate equipment requirements.
- Scout locations whenever required.

Production

- Independently shoot videos for:
- Brand films
- Corporate videos
- Social media reels
- Testimonials
- Interviews
- Podcasts
- Product videos
- Event coverage
- Real estate walkthroughs
- Set up cameras, lighting, gimbals, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Ensure high-quality framing, composition, lighting, and audio during shoots.
- Manage production equipment responsibly.

Post-Production

- Edit videos according to brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Perform color correction and basic color grading.
- Mix and enhance audio quality.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects where required.
- Deliver platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Export videos in required formats and resolutions.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of cinematography principles.
- Excellent framing, lighting, and camera movement techniques.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop




- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Adobe Audition (preferred)
- Knowledge of DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras, Gimbals, Drones (preferred), and qualified lighting setups.
- Understanding of social media content trends and short-form storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of photography is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in cinematography or video editing are an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in videography and editing.
- Agency experience will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing commercial, corporate, and social media work is mandatory.
