Qualification:-Diploma/BE.Mechanical

Experience:- 02 to 04 years.

Salary :- 04/05 LPA (As Per Company Standard)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Operate and set up Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Measure dimensions of parts.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; symbols
- Create or run CMM inspection programs using software like Polywork software.
- Check product quality according to specifications and tolerances
- Good knowledge about Step2qms
- Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments and CMM equipment
- Good knowledge about Accurate & Faro CMM machine
- Follow safety and quality standards in the workplace
- Troubleshoot basic machine or measurement problems.
- CMM fixture calibration and maintenance on time




- Special measurement as per customer and requirement.
- SPC trend report preparation as per requirement of customer.
- Consistency / Carpet reports of assembly as per Customer.

Skills / Knowledge Specifications:-

- Valuable Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Good knowledge of CMM programming.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
- Maintain all Instruments calibration sheet.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
