About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, with prior experience selling Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR Tech solutions being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Sell SaaS products to HR professionals, recruiters, and business decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS Sales.
- Experience in ATS or HR Tech sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
