Job Title: HR Intern Learning & Development (L&D;)
Duration : 6 Months
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Learning & Development (L&D;) Intern to support our growing learning initiatives and the implementation of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate learning, training coordination, and HR processes while working closely with the L&D; team.
The selected intern will receive structured guidance and training and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of learning programs and employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to ensure seamless execution of learning programs.
- Track and follow up on ongoing learning initiatives, training nominations, and completion status.
- Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of Pulse Surveys.
- Maintain training records, learning dashboards, and trackers with high accuracy.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration,
including learner enrollment, course assignments, reporting, and user support once the platform is implemented.
- Provide administrative and operational support for various employee learning and development activities.

Preferred Qualifications
