Position: Team Lead (B2C)

Experience: 3-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Coaching

- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of inside sales executives focused on B2C lead conversion.
- Handle CRM AND TALLY.
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and performance improvement discussions.
- Provide continuous training on product knowledge, selling skills, and objection handling.

Sales & Revenue Targets

- Own and achieve team monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Monitor lead pipelines, follow-up discipline, and individual sales performance.
- Optimize lead-to-sale conversion through improved calling practices, scripts, and engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely lead allocation and manage workload distribution across the team.

Quality & Customer Experience

- Ensure high-quality communication and service standards in every customer interaction.
- Monitor calls; provide feedback for improvement.




- Address escalations and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- UG / any diploma preferred & willing to drive enterprise sales (BPO, Voice Process, sales)
- 3-4 years of experience in managing sales teams in B2C area. Well versed with the challenges of B2C selling.
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation & team handling skills.
- Strong drive for sales, achievement orientation, and ability to work independently & with team.
- A go-getter attitude with high energy and passion for customer engagement.
