Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales digital teams. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. - Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and mentoring. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Resolve customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.



- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team productivity. Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proven experience in managing digital sales operations. - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
