About the Role

AKOI Marketing Hub Private Limited is seeking a Retail Media & Marketplace Advertising Manager to manage and optimize advertising activities across ecommerce and quick-commerce marketplaces. The role involves planning campaigns, monitoring performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to support business objectives and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across online marketplace platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and keyword planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze advertising data and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketplace visibility initiatives.
- Work closely with category, ecommerce, and account management teams to align advertising activities with business goals.
- Ensure advertising activities comply with platform policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on marketplace advertising trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.




- 7–9 years of experience in ecommerce advertising, digital marketing, retail media, or marketplace advertising.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on ecommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with multiple brands or product categories.
- Professional certification related to digital advertising or ecommerce marketing.
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis.
