ERP entries to be done by PM 2 Target Monitoring
i) Monitor the flow of work and target achievement
ii) Conduct Tactical meetings and analyse the priority
3 Timeline Management

Red flags if timeline is not getting achieved ie Project timeline analysis
ii) Recent Project timeline analysis after Project allocation
iii) Design schedule as per Target for Onfield, Indoor Liaison teams
4 Team Mentoring
i) Solve the queries
ii) Help them prepare submission files
iii) Allocation of tasks in ERP
iv) Assist in mail co ordination
v) Assist in target setting
vii) Allotted work as per the productivity
viii) Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a productive work environment
