Are you obsessed with short-form content, trending audio, kinetic typography, and scroll-stopping visuals? Do you know what makes a Reel cross 100k+ views before the algorithm even catches up?

We are a digital media agency managing high-impact brand strategy for top political leadership in West Bengal. We are ditching boring, traditional press releases and building a modern, issue-first, narrative-driven digital presence.

We are looking for a Gen Z Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can turn everyday governance, citizen stories, press bites, and ground updates into viral, highly shareable content.

What You’ll Do

- Viral Reels & Shorts: Edit quick-paced, high-retention Reels/Shorts using sound design, dynamic subtitles, hook-based pacing, and trending audio.
- "Before vs. After" & Beneficiary Stories: Transform real citizen complaints and project completions into engaging split-screen visual stories.
- Press Bite Packaging: Cut long press conferences into punchy 30–60 second highlight clips with clean captions and bold callouts.
- Graphic Design & Thumbnails: Design high-CTR thumbnails, clean carousel posts, and infographics for Facebook, X, and Instagram.
- Trend Hijacking: Spot internet trends, viral meme formats, and audio tracks within hours and adapt them for our campaigns.

What We’re Looking For (Pre-requisites)

- Political Awareness (A MUST): You must have a strong pulse on current affairs, state politics, and national news. You should know how to navigate political sensitivities while creating bold content.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional command over Hindi and Bengali (Written and Verbal) is mandatory to contextually edit speech bites, regional audio, and draft dynamic captions.




- Hands-on Editing Skills: Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Good command of Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Express.
- Social-First Mindset: You live on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X (Twitter). You understand pacing, hooks, and audience retention rates.
- Speed, Ownership & The "30-Second Test": In politics, trends move fast. As a prerequisite, shortlisted candidates must be willing to take a quick "30-Second Edit Test" on raw footage to demonstrate their turnaround speed, audio mixing, and pacing before being hired.
- Top Priority would be given to someone who has a Gen Z mindset, who understands virality and is an immediate joiner.
