Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer to produce high-quality visual content that showcases our tea products, brand identity, production process, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling, with the ability to create engaging images for digital, print, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional product photography for tea products, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Capture lifestyle, branding, and campaign images that align with the company's visual identity.
- Photograph tea gardens, manufacturing processes, events, and corporate activities as required.
- Edit and retouch photographs using professional editing software to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all visual content.
- Organize and manage digital image libraries, ensuring proper file naming and storage.
- Maintain photography equipment and coordinate repairs or upgrades when necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends, photography techniques, and visual content best practices.
- Assist in creating short promotional videos or behind-the-scenes content when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography,



Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating product, lifestyle, and commercial photography.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software.
- Knowledge of studio lighting, composition, color correction, and image retouching.
- Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional photography equipment.
- Basic videography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Creativity with a solid attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
