About the Role

Mpower India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Service Head to lead our service operations for UPS, Battery, Inverter, and Solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the service team and field engineers.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer complaints.
- Manage AMC, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services.
- Monitor service performance, TAT, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Stores, and Accounts.
- Manage spare parts, documentation, and service MIS.
- Handle customer escalations and improve service processes.

Preferred Candidate

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics.
- 7–15 years of experience in service management.
- Experience in UPS, Power Backup, Electrical, Solar, or Industrial Equipment industry.




- Strong leadership and customer management skills.
