Supervision & Mentorship: Provide Community rehab centers supervision, training, and guidance to junior therapists and assistants.

Operational Management: Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, staff rotas, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans related to Health and Rehab.

Quality Improvement: Implement evidence-based practices, audit performance, and develop service improvements.

Communication: Act as a key liaison between staff, management, and Client.
Requirements
- Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in managing Community /clinical rehab centres, and training skills.

Preferred Licensure: Active, top-tier licensure in their specific field.

Skills: Proven leadership, exceptional communication, advanced clinical skills, and mentoring abilities.
