Position: Senior Accounts Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: SKM Animal Feeds & Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer / General Manager – Finance

Position Summary

The Senior Accounts Manager shall be responsible for leading and managing the Finance & Accounts function of the organization by ensuring accurate financial accounting, timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, cost accounting, budgeting, treasury management, and strong financial governance. The incumbent will play a strategic role in driving financial performance, safeguarding company assets, strengthening internal controls, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and accounting standards.

The role demands a finance qualified with strong leadership capabilities, manufacturing finance expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to partner with business functions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred
- CMA (ICWA) – Preferred
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com from a recognized institution may be considered with significant manufacturing finance experience.

Experience





- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Animal Feed, Poultry, FMCG, Food Processing, Agro-based Industries, or other Process Industries is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
