Position Description:

The Account Manager (Motor Dealer) will be responsible for providing end-to-end service support to all business counters within the Motor Dealer channel. This role focuses on relationship management, operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth policy issuance and servicing, rather than direct business procurement.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide service support to dealers across the assigned location.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of Motor policies.
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate policy issuance.
- Monitor and support monthly activation of agents as per business targets.
- Assist in onboarding and servicing of dealers, ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines.
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely commission processing and licensing compliance.
- Handle and resolve policy-related rejections and operational issues.
- Train dealers and internal teams on product features, processes, and system usage.
- Identify service gaps and areas of improvement to enhance broker experience.
- Support the achievement of overall GWP (Gross Written Premium)



through effective service delivery.
- Contribute to maintaining COR (Combined Operating Ratio) by minimizing operational delays and errors.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Sales Teams to ensure seamless post-sales support.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Explore new service opportunities and support business expansion through effective account management.
