Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to establish and expand the ICX Dental Implant business across Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will be based in Lucknow and will be responsible for developing the market throughout the state by engaging dentists, implantologists, prosthodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, and dental institutions.

Candidates with prior experience in dental implants will be preferred. However, candidates with a strong pharmaceutical or medical device sales background and a proven track record are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Uttar Pradesh.
- Promote and sell ICX Dental Implant Systems and prosthetic solutions to dentists and dental clinics.




- Build robust relationships with implantologists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and general dentists.
- Identify and convert new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations, chairside demonstrations, and clinical discussions with doctors.
- Organize Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs, workshops, hands-on training sessions, and scientific meetings.
- Coordinate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and opinion-leading clinicians to promote the ICX brand.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
- Prepare monthly sales plans, visit reports, and territory performance analyses.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and professional events across the state.
- Travel extensively throughout Uttar Pradesh to develop and support customers.

EligibilityPreferred

- Experience in Dental Implant Sales
- Experience in dental consumables, dental equipment, or medical devices

Also Eligible

- Minimum 2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience




- Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
- Experience working independently in a field sales role

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Science background preferred)
- BDS, MBA (Marketing), or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
