Area Sales Manager – Loans & Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations for loan and insurance products in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales teams, developing channel partners, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for loans and insurance products.
- Manage and motivate branch sales teams, field executives, and channel partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
- Build robust relationships with banks, DSAs, agents, and corporate partners.
- Monitor daily sales activities, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve sales performance.
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve productivity and customer service.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,



Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in loan sales, insurance sales, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of personal loans, home loans, business loans, or insurance products.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
