We are hiring a Reservation Executive for our resort with sales and marketing background.

Responsibilities:

- Handle all aspects of reservation inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and resort amenities.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests, offering recommendations and information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
- Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and third-party booking platforms.
- Monitor OTA listings to ensure accuracy of information, rates, and availability.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and drive direct bookings.

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.




- 2+ years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in reservation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive sales.
- Fluency in languages (Malayalam, English, Hindi,kannada)
