HairGraft International is a leading hair restoration and aesthetic clinic specializing in Hair Transplants, Sapphire Hair Transplants, Biofibre Hair Implants, GFC, PRP, Hair Patches, and advanced hair loss treatments. We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to convert enquiries into consultations and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from leads generated through Google, Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other marketing campaigns.
- Explain HairGraft International’s treatments and services professionally.
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable consultation appointments.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
- Follow up with interested, missed, and existing patients to improve conversion rates.
- Handle objections confidently and build trust with potential patients.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with doctors,



counsellors, and front desk staff for smooth appointment management.
- Achieve daily call and monthly appointment booking targets.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or healthcare counselling.
- Experience in a hair transplant, dermatology, cosmetology, dental, or aesthetic clinic is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.
