Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Executive to support

the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives across multiple

products and campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in market research, campaign

coordination, content creation, event support, and stakeholder management while

working closely with senior marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 Analysys of market data and competitors (creation of excel graphs, charts etc)

 Create Digital 12 market media one sheets

 Attend relevant online webinars and present the topline summary to the team

 Creation/adaptation of product presentations (use of Powerpoints, other

graphic/text editing tools)

 Management of reporting on products (recaps, updates, summaries etc)

 Management of materials related to the products (digital assets

distribution/downloads, product sheets translations, newsletter etc)

 Support to internal and external events, presentations etc





 Support in the coordination/management of relations with external and internal

contacts (suppliers, agencies, community, international colleagues etc)

 Assisting with the planning, development and execution of Country Marketing

Plans of the titles assigned by the Seniors

 Coordinating with the Seniors.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related

field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.

 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and marketing communication.

 Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.

 Experience with graphic design or content editing tools is an added advantage
