We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and friendly individuals to join our team as Tour Hosts. If you enjoy meeting people from different countries, love Mumbai, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

No prior experience is required. We provide complete training.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist international guests throughout the tour.
- Lead sightseeing, food, and walking tours across Mumbai.
- Share engaging stories about Mumbai's history, culture, and local life.
- Ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
- Coordinate with the operations team and drivers.
- Represent Cityscape Mumbai Tours in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed personality.




- Passion for tourism, hospitality, and customer service.
- Comfortable walking for several hours during tours.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Mumbai is an advantage but not required.
