*Role Summary*

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy *Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager* to handle our brand presence across *Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook* and other digital platforms for our Real Estate company. The ideal candidate should be strong in content, design, and AI tools.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Social Media Management*: Plan, create, and schedule posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

2. *Content & Designing*: Create reels, posts, carousels, stories, and creatives for property launches, site updates, and branding

3. *AI-Powered Designing*: Use *AI tools, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney* etc. for quick content creation, copywriting, and designing

4. *Paid Campaigns*: Run and optimize Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads for lead generation

5. *Strategy*: Develop monthly content calendar, campaign strategy, and hashtag plan for real estate projects

6. *Analytics*: Track performance,



engagement, reach and prepare weekly/monthly reports

7. *Brand Building*: Maintain brand tone and visual identity across all digital platforms

8. *Coordination*: Work with Sales, Design, and Site team for photos, videos, and updates

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Education*: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Comm, Design or related field

- *Experience*: *1 to 3 years* in Digital Marketing / Social Media, Real Estate experience preferred

- *Platforms*: Expert in *Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube*

- *Tools*: Knowledge of *Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics*

- *AI Skills*: Hands-on with *ChatGPT, AI design tools* for content, captions, and creatives

- *Other Skills*: Positive written English, creative mindset, basic video editing, and trend awareness
