Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.).
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Monitor and optimize utility system performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Document maintenance activities and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with production teams and external contractors for repairs or upgrades.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical: Experience with utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors), MEP systems, and basic automation (PLCs).
- Education: Diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
