Job Summary

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of Water Supply Scheme (WSS) and Underground Drainage (UGD) projects. The role involves technical supervision, quality control, quantity estimation, billing verification, project coordination, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Site Management

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, surveyors, and site teams.

2. Technical Planning & Coordination

- Review engineering drawings and project documents.
- Prepare work schedules and project execution plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide technical support.

3. Quantity Surveying & Billing

- Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Conduct quantity estimation and measurement verification.
- Prepare client bills and contractor bill certifications.
- Maintain records of measurements and billing documents.

4. Quality Assurance & Quality Control

- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor material testing.
- Maintain quality control documentation and records.
- Identify and rectify quality-related issues.

5. Documentation & Reporting





- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
- Prepare project completion and handover documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.

6. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Promote safe working practices at project sites.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in WSS, UGD, Pipeline, Sewerage, Water Supply, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Freshers with relevant project exposure may also be considered.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of WSS & UGD project execution.
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparation.
- Billing & Measurement Verification.
- AutoCAD.
- MS Excel & MS Office.
- Project Documentation & Reporting.
- Quality Control & Site Supervision.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Government Infrastructure Projects.
- Knowledge of Municipal Corporation, ZP, PMC, PCMC, MIDC, and Water Supply & Sewerage Projects.
- Familiarity with Tender Documents, DPR Preparation, and Project Management Procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
