We’re looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can help us grow partnerships, increase sales, and expand Trekos.in’s reach to adventure lovers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with travel agencies, corporates, and educational institutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales for trekking and travel packages.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
- Plan and execute business growth strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to create promotional offers and sales campaigns.
- Represent Trekos.in at tourism fairs, travel events, and exhibitions (if applicable).
- Prepare business proposals, presentations,



and reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Passion for travel, adventure, and the outdoors.
