Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and disciplined Continental Commi 1 and Commi 2 candidates to join the kitchen team at Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The candidate should have hands-on experience in continental and global cuisine preparation for a premium restaurant or fine-dine bar & restaurant setup.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed with mise-en-place, sauces, appetizers, salads, grills, pastas, plating, portion control, and live service pressure. The candidate must maintain strong hygiene, consistency, presentation standards, and kitchen discipline as per high-end restaurant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare continental and global cuisine items such as appetizers, salads, soups, pastas, grills, mains, sides, sauces, dips, and accompaniments.
- Handle daily mise-en-place including cutting, chopping, marination, sauce preparation, portioning, garnishing, and section setup.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion size, plating, and food presentation.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during lunch, dinner, late-night bar service, and high-pressure peak hours.
- Follow standard recipes, plating guidelines, hygiene standards, and kitchen SOPs.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, FIFO, and wastage control for all ingredients.
- Coordinate with CDP, Sous Chef, and Head Chef for section readiness and service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, refrigerators, equipment, storage areas, and assigned kitchen section.
- Inform seniors about low stock, spoilage, wastage, breakage, or quality concerns.




- Support team members during service and follow all grooming, safety, and discipline standards.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience as Continental Commi 1, Commi 2, Continental Cook, or Kitchen Associate in a premium restaurant, hotel, bar & restaurant, club, or fine-dine setup.
- Practical knowledge of continental/global cuisine and live restaurant service.
- Experience in sauces, appetizers, salads, grills, pastas, mains, and plating will be preferred.
- Should be able to work efficiently during busy restaurant and bar service hours.
- Must be clean, punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, split shifts, and late-night restaurant/bar operations.
- Candidate should be currently located in or willing to travel/relocate to Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Qualification:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
Hotel management or culinary background will be preferred but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
