We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop campaign strategies to generate leads, sales, and maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative, content,



and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1.5–3 Years in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet campaign objectives.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel and Conversion API (preferred)
- Keyword research and audience targeting
- Budget planning and campaign optimization
- Conversion tracking and performance reporting
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
