- Supervise daily assembly line operations and ensure smooth production flow.
- Allocate manpower based on the production plan and monitor workforce productivity.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and work instructions.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality department to resolve production issues.
- Train, guide, and motivate assembly operators to improve efficiency and performance.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift schedules for assembly staff.
- Coordinate with Stores, Planning, Maintenance, and Quality departments for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Identify process improvements to reduce rework, rejection, and downtime.
- Maintain daily production reports, rejection records, and manpower reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping (5S), and company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
