Position: Business Development Executive

Location:Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)

Qualification:

MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads and client connections
- Conduct field visits and client meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments, consultants, and private clients
- Assist in proposal preparation and business presentations
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project requirements




- Identify new opportunities in urban development and consultancy sectors
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain daily reporting and MIS records

Skills Required:

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Solid marketing and negotiation abilities

- Willingness to travel for business development activities

- Knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting

- Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach

Salary:

As per industry standards and experience.
