Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Control:

- Manage production scheduling, tracking, and achieving weekly and monthly production targets.
- Oversee capacity planning, manpower planning, and inventory control.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce internal and external PPM.

Quality Management:

- Ensure fulfillment of quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Conduct quality checks as per drawings and standards.
- Solve quality problems and ensure optimum productivity, equipment utilization, and in-process inventory management.

Project Management:

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.




- Manage project documentation, including production process plans and project drawings.

Technical Expertise:

- Oversee operations involving various machining processes, welding technology, and fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Handle cold roll forming machines and various section settings.

Team Leadership:

- Motivate and lead the production team to achieve excellence.
- Conduct supervisory skill training and ensure a safe and efficient work workplace.
- Allocate manpower and monitor production lines for smooth operations.
