Corrazone is looking for a responsible and technically capable Caretaker to manage the daily maintenance, upkeep, and operational support of our coworking space.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle basic electrical issues involving lights, switches, fans, sockets, and minor wiring problems.
- Manage basic plumbing issues such as tap leaks, water supply problems, and minor repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of workspaces, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Monitor office equipment and report major maintenance issues.
- Open and close the office according to scheduled working hours.
- Arrange meeting rooms and workspaces before client visits.
- Receive couriers, parcels, and office supplies.
- Support members and visitors with basic requirements.
- Maintain pantry supplies, drinking water, stationery, and other essentials.
- Drive company vehicles when required for office-related work.
- Handle basic computer tasks such as email, printing, scanning, file handling, and system operation.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, and other service vendors.
- Ensure that lights, air conditioners, fans, computers,



and equipment are switched off after use.
- Maintain the safety, security, and overall condition of the office premises.

Required Skills

- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Valid driving licence and confident driving skills.
- Basic computer and system knowledge.
- Ability to operate printers, scanners, email, and office software.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and physically active.
- Ability to manage daily tasks independently.
