- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Dispense medications safely and accurately to inpatients and outpatients.
- Counsel patients and caregivers on the proper use of medications, including dosage, side effects, and storage.
- Monitor patients for drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, and medication effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.
- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
- Manage inventory of medicines, including procurement, storage, and stock rotation.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹418,586.18 per year
