Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance In-Charge to oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for Power Press and Hydraulic Press machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine uptime, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and leading maintenance operations to support production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for Power Press and Hydraulic Press machines.
- Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
- Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure proper functioning of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, and press mechanisms.




- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors when required.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring machine failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.

Requirement

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of Power Press and Hydraulic Press machines.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Experience in manufacturing or steel processing industries.
- Familiarity with PLC-controlled press machines is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
