Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert inquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for travel packages.
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, cruises, and customized itineraries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and package proposals.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related queries.
- Maintain robust customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.




- Keep updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, and seasonal offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and submit daily sales reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or BPO Sales.
- Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
