The Branch In-Charge is responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning in accordance with the policies of NFAD Society. The role includes supervising branch staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, achieving business targets for deposits, loans, insurance, and other Society products, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. The Branch In-Charge oversees cash handling, documentation, loan processing, collections and recoveries, maintains branch records and reports, resolves customer concerns, coordinates with the Head Office, and ensures the branch operates efficiently while promoting business growth, maintaining operational discipline, and fostering a positive work workplace.
Pay: ₹15,570.40 - ₹32,197.18 per month
