Job Summary

The Web & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence across websites, search engines, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising channels. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of independently executing marketing initiatives while continuously learning new tools, technologies, and best practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management

- Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
- Create and publish landing pages, blogs, news articles, and website content.
- Ensure website content remains current, accurate, and SEO optimized.
- Coordinate with developers whenever website enhancements are required.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Conduct keyword research.
- Implement On-Page SEO best practices.
- Monitor website rankings using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Improve organic search visibility.
- Perform regular SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with current SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Digital Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate webinar and event promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.




- Assist in creating marketing funnels and landing pages.

Social Media Management

- Manage company pages on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor performance using platform analytics.

Content Development

- Create website content, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Prepare content aligned with the company's products and services.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity while ensuring originality, quality, and accuracy.

Graphic Design & Video Content

- Design digital creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Create social media banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and short promotional videos.
- Coordinate with external designers whenever required.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track website traffic using Google Analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Recommend improvements based on analytical insights.

Digital Asset Management

- Maintain organized digital marketing assets.
- Ensure company credentials and digital assets are securely maintained.
- Follow company confidentiality and data security requirements.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience

Educational Qualification
