Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Lead, collaborate with, and manage the team to ensure high performance and successful delivery.
- Take ownership of technical and team-level decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to key architectural and strategic decisions.
- Design and deliver effective solutions for challenges within the team as well as across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team skills and technical capabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and growth.
Must-Have Skills
- Robust proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- In-depth understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns, tools, and techniques.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
Additional Information
- Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture is required.
- This role is based out of the Bengaluru office.
