We are looking for

Sr. Engineer-Equipment Design and Development

at one of our locations in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global creative (automotive) environment:

- Design and development of special purpose machines, equipment’s, jigs, fixtures required for wire assembly

- Create alternative design concepts of special purpose equipment’s.

- Prepare detailed design of equipment’s and manufacturing drawings.

- Create and maintain equipment documentation- BOM, specifications, programing logic

- Interact with suppliers for timely delivery of machined parts, standard components

- Guide and co-ordinate for assembly of equipment’s, machines, fixtures

- Supports current product with continuous improvement and supports resolution of customer

- Understand, support,



and contribute to IATF16949 by following approved policies and procedures

- Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and have a strong customer focus

- Must possess ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently.

Job requirements

- Qualification:-Mechanical Engineering

- Experience in design & development of customized equipment’s, Automation

- Extensive knowledge on automation components, PLC programming

- Knowledge of different machining processes

- Requires extensive knowledge of 3D modelling, assembly and 2D drafting - experience in Inventor is preferred.

- Requires strong knowledge of working principles and selection of automation components- like pneumatics parts, servo motors, sensors, LVDT, robots, cobot’s etc

- Should be skilled at written & verbal communication

- 4-6 Years of Experience.
