- Conduct assessments to identify developmental, cognitive, or learning delays.

- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each child’s specific needs.

- Use multisensory and inclusive teaching strategies to support learning.

- Track and document student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Guide and support parents/caregivers on how to reinforce learning at home.

- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training programs.

- Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive learning workplace.

Requirements

- Experience in early intervention or working at a child development centre.

- Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tools.

- Ability to plan group activities that support both academic and social development.
