Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination. The role ensures timely availability of materials, cost optimization,



and efficient distribution to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
- Track inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability
- Avoid overstocking and stock-outs
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Work with transporters and logistics partners
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delays
- Collaborate with sales and production teams for demand forecasting
- Plan procurement and inventory based on demand trends
- Maintain proper documentation (POs, invoices, GRNs, etc.)
- Prepare reports for management review
- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement and logistics costs
- Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Key Skills Required:

- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics
- Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime (Inventory Module)
- Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, B.Com, BBA, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related functions.
- Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP systems will be an added advantage.
