Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Operations for our Outbound Sales Process. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent people management skills, and hands-on experience in driving team performance and achieving business targets.

Candidates with an official Team Leader designation on paper and prior experience in handling outbound sales teams in a BPO environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to process and quality standards.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans for improvement.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain attendance, discipline,



and employee engagement within the team.
- Ensure achievement of operational and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.

Reporting & MIS Responsibilities

Candidates should have experience in preparing and maintaining:

- End of Day (EOD) Reports
- Target vs Achievement Reports
- Productivity Reports
- Attendance and Alteration Reports
- RAG (Red-Amber-Green) Reports
- Performance Tracking Reports
- Escalation Reports

Excel Skills Required

Candidates must have practical knowledge of:

- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Conditional Formatting
- MIS Reporting and Data Analysis

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2–6 years of overall experience in a BPO environment.
- Mandatory experience in an official Team Leader role.
- Prior experience in handling Outbound Sales Operations.
- Experience in managing a team of 10–25 associates.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive performance and achieve business targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently serving notice period or immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
