We are looking for a Sales Agent with excellent communication in English and Malayalam.,for a training school. who can drives enrollments by connecting prospective students with the right courses. primary focus is lead conversion, which involves student counseling, pitching training packages, managing registrations, and ensuring a steady pipeline of enrollments for both B2B and B2C training programs.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead Management: Quickly reach out to, qualify, and follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Student Counseling: Assess a prospect’s career goals, skill gaps, and learning needs to recommend the most suitable courses or certification programs.
- Course Presentation: Conduct detailed information sessions, webinars, or campus tours to explain course curriculums, faculty expertise, and placement opportunities.
- Objection Handling: Address student doubts or concerns regarding course duration, fees, and return on investment (ROI).
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Registration & Onboarding:



Guide students through the enrollment process, fee structures, installment options, and batch commencement details.

Required Skills:-

- Consultative Selling: The ability to act as an educational advisor rather than a pushy salesperson.
- Active Listening & Empathy: Essential for understanding the student's background and building trust.
- Excellent Communication: Transparent, persuasive verbal and written communication to articulate the value of the training.
- Product & Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the training programs, industry demands, and competitor offerings.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: The ability to overcome objections and close enrollments effectively.
- CRM & Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital sales tools and managing a database of prospective clients.
