Job Title: Business Development Executive (US IT Staffing)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in US IT Staffing. The candidate must have hands-on experience in generating new business, acquiring direct clients, and managing client relationships in the US market.

Key Responsibilities: Generate recent business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market. Acquire and manage direct clients. Lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other sales channels.

End-to-end sales and business development. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Maintain long-term client relationships.



Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.

Required Skills: Minimum 1+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development. Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry.

Experience in client acquisition and account management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Must have experience handling direct US clients.

Salary: Salary will be based on experience and interview performance and will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: ₹11,553.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
