The Associate/Para Legal will support the legal team in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and conducting legal research pertinent to the AdTech sector

Job Description

- Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Insertion Orders (IOs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Legal Research: Conduct research on advertising laws, data protection regulations, intellectual property rights, and other relevant legal topics.
- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring company practices align with local and international laws, particularly concerning data privacy and advertising standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance,



and operations teams to ensure contractual terms meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
- Additional Certifications (Positive to Have, but Not Mandatory)
- Contract Law (Harvard Online, Coursera, or similar)
- Data Protection & Privacy Laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act)
- Intellectual Property & Digital Media Law
