We are hiring for the positions of MES Application Engineer with proven PLC, SCADA, HMI, Process History Database (PHD), and historian experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled PHD Historian/HMI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining PHD Historian and HMI systems. The PHD Historian/HMI Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data stored in the PHD system, optimizing the performance of the system, and providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement PHD Historian/HMI systems that meet the needs of the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data stored in the PHD system.
- Optimize the performance of the PHD system to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to the PHD and HMI systems.
- Develop and maintain HMI applications for process visualization and control.
- Interface the PHD Historian system with other plant systems such as DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.




- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Document and maintain all PHD and HMI applications and related systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies related to Honeywell PHD Historian and HMI systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining PHD Historian and HMI systems.
- Strong understanding of PHD Historian and HMI system architecture and configuration.
- Knowledge of PHD Historian and HMI system tools, including PHD Console, PHD Analysis, PHD OPC Server, PHD Data Transfer, and Experion PKS.
- Experience with HMI software such as Experion HMI/SCADA.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from different functional areas.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA, GMP, and ISO.
