We are looking for an experienced Import Export Executive to join our team in Bhandup, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import and export documentation, customs procedures, and logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
- Handle import and export documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners
- Ensure timely customs clearance and shipment processing
- Maintain shipping records and documentation
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and communicate with clients and vendors via email
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Import & Export
- Knowledge of import/export documentation
- Familiarity with customs clearance and logistics
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
