Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, EdTech, Direct Sales, or B2C Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a strong passion for sales.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA
- 5-Day Working Week
- Weekly Off: Monday & Tuesday
- Hybrid Work Model: 3 Days Work from Office + 2 Days On-site
