Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to approved drawings, project schedules, safety standards, and coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor RCC, excavation, piling, pile cap, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Verify site measurements and quantities executed.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor daily,



weekly, and monthly work schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
- To take care of the tools and tackles and ensure that they are handled properly and are not misplaced at the site.
- To ensure that a daily site report is prepared on the work done and track the same with the project plan.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in Site Execution, RCC, Finishing, and Site Inspection

Technical & Soft Skills:

- Robust knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Must have completed at least one full residential project cycle (from excavation to handover).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
